MAINTENANCE POLICY
COVERED COMPONENTS:Controller, display, motor, body, handlebars (upright/T-bar), head unit, pedals, front fork, rear fork, shock absorber, folding mechanism, battery, and charger.

EXCLUSIONS:Inner tubes, front wheel, mudguards, pedal accessories, charging port, pedal griptape, headlight, handlebar grips, paint, etc.

NON-WARRANTY SCENARIOS (REQUIRES PAID REPAIR):
1. Damage caused by human factors.
2. Damage due to irresponsible force.
3. Water damage, immersion, or fire damage.
4. Damage resulting from improper use and maintenance, or adjustments not following the manual.
5. Damage from overloading, riding over obstacles (e.g., high steps, falls), or extreme sports.
6. Unauthorized repairs by non-certified technicians.
7. Mileage exceeding 1,500 kilometers.
Note: A $100 inspection fee applies if visible water damage or collision damage is observed.

TIPS
Normally, the battery will be discharged in 90-120 days; charge every 30-50 days. Over-discharge damage is irreversible and not covered by warranty. Unauthorized disassembly is prohibited to avoid short circuits or accidents.

BATTERY MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES
• Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures (above 50°C or below -2°C).
• Do not leave the electric bilk or scooter under direct sunlight.
• Never throw the battery into fire or water, as it may cause failure, overheating, or fire.
• Avoid fully discharging the battery, charge promptly to extend battery life.
• Battery performance decreases in temperatures below 0°C; at -20°C, capacity may drop to half or less of its normal level.
